Cafe Del Sol in Martinsburg

The Cuban sandwich is amazing here, one of the best I've had. I'm definitely going back to get it again. Service was good too.

Kind of pricey but amazing food and even take out comes out perfect. More upscale yet casual than many places in the local area.

The food at Cafe Del Sol was refreshing, tasty, and all the flavors I didn't know I wanted. Overall, for the area it was a bit pricey, but I enjoyed what we got.We started off with the red sangria. The taste wasn't too sweet, and instead gave off a lovely hint of spices that I loved.As an appetizer, we got the crab nachos. They were delicious, with crunchy (what I think are ) homemade chips and actual crab cakes as toppings. The dressing on top was also delicious. Would recommend!I got the ahi tuna salad, and my husband got the Cuban panini with truffle sea salt fries. Both dishes were very tasty, and a good sized portion. I really enjoyed the seared ahi tuna, and the dressing on the salad wasn't terribly heavy, sweet, or rich (though I only used half of it). I do wish there were more five spiced almonds though. The panini had a good amount of meat, and I loved the truffle hint on the fries. I'd definitely come back and try more of their food.

Great food as always. We were a large group. Waitress handled it cheerfully and expertly. Food came out quickly and correctly.

Their crab nachos are LEGIT. I would go to this restaurant just for those! Fortunately every single thing we've also had has been amazing as well. Their desserts are all to die for!

We frequent Cafe Del Sol, recently we went and had the worst experience. The best one is the one in Waynesboro but we live in Martinsburg so that is where we go the most. We arrived and it took 20 minutes to get drinks, our appetizer and entrees came out at the same time, leaving the appetizer cold. Our sandwiches were missing ingredients, and our server never checked on us. There are so many inconsistencies between the two locations, the portions and amounts of food for the money are so much less in Martinsburg and we were so disappointed. My favorite menu items left me so disappointed at our recent visit to the Martinsburg Del Sol. I am not sure we will be going back which leaves us so disappointed.

I still have yet to see why everyone says that this place is good. Three times and I went to different locations each time and I have not been happy one time. The Cuban is pure garbage, Fidel would have you executed for calling that abortion a Cuban sandwich.

I've gotten them through GrubHub twice now and they knock it out of the park every time. The flavors they build are so dynamite and different. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I tried this restaurant yesterday and it was great. We tried the pasta bowls this visit and the Chicken del Sol & Shrimp Pesto ones were excellent choices. The menu has good options for anybody. The atmosphere here is nice and cozy with a touch of modern appeal. The waitress's were nice but not very attentive of the customers. We would have loved to see a drink menu that we heard about but never saw one. We will definitely be be coming back to try it again.

Excellent menu choices that break the norm. The crab nachos were spot on! Loved the Cuban panini too.

What a beautiful restaurant. Feels very upscale but affordable as well. Great food range choices wonderful service and delicious food. If you like salads they're salads are way more than you'd expect. This isn't like some of its surrounding restaurants its a cut above for prices very close to the competition. Came here visiting from New York City and I will recommend this place to anyone local or not local. The staff was very friendly and the food is outstanding, with plenty of options for vegan and vegetarians.

I ordered a sandwich, soup and cheesecake for delivery. The estimated wait time for delivery was an hour, but it showed up in about 30 minutes.The food was all good. They even remembered ketchup for the fries. The prices were fair for the amount of food. I like supporting smaller chains and would order from them again

Great food and drinks. Service used to be a little spotty about a year ago but was much better on my last visit.

I am so excited to review this restaurant, it is awesome!!!! I have eaten here multiple times in a day, they have a diverse menu that is accommodating for everyone, and is still strong for those of us who want what we want. My martinsburg 1st choice.

Excellent service and incredible fresh food. Such a nice break from the local chains and plenty of creative healthy dishes among the regular fare. Soups are homemade and they even have pizzas. New favorite restaurant!

Once again ridiculously slow kitchen. Discounts on meal and dessert shooters on the house kind of slow. Food was good, - though the appetizer was the LAST plate on the table.

We finally decided to try this place after driving by since they opened and never stopping and we did enjoy our dinner. My wife had the portabello mushroom salad and really liked it. I had Gyro sandwich Which was decent and is hard to find in Martinsburg. The Tiramisu we had for dessert was actually worth the price, I would say it's the best I've had in Martinsburg in years.

Service was great. Fried calamari was amazing. The rice bowls are so delicious and large portions couldn’t even finish. Will definitely be back.

Cafe Del Sol is okay. The food is decent but overpriced in my opinion and the service is happy to help but fairly inattentive (you have to ask for everything). The ambiance is the most attractive feature but not in my opinion the most important aspect to a restaurant. If someone wants to eat there again I would go if they are paying. Cafe Del Sol is not bad but nothing special to make a trip for.
